Capital & Counties comprises retail and office properties in the UK and USA, with a particular focus on London’s West End and Mid-Town and, in the USA, California.

In the UK, Capital & Counties specialise in the optimisation of value through creative and proactive asset management, imaginative refurbishment and redevelopment. Capco USA entirely concentrates on acquiring properties with potential, using its skills to add value.

During 2006, the company was reorganised to create focussed vehicles with the intention of achieving superior performance arranged around core, value-add and opportunistic investment returns.
