Capco Urban has won the exclusive development rights to partner Canterbury County Council in the development of over 25 acre mixed-use site on the edge of the City. The site known as Wincheap Estate, could have a gross development value in excess of £450 million. We hope to improve the retail offer as well as to create a premier residential development. Several similar development opportunities are being considered by Capco Urban elsewhere in the UK.
